Greater China

Mission Statement

The mission of the Greater China Club (GCC) is to better understand the complex and dynamic political, economic, and social issues in the Greater China region as they pertain to the global economy. GCC aims to create forums to discuss current issues, exchange information, share predictions, and challenge ideas. In the course of doing so, we hope to enhance the brand name of Yale SOM in Greater China and Asia, to strengthen the friendships among the current club members and the SOM community at large, and to augment the SOM educational experience by infusing an understanding of the Greater China business and economic context. Finally, our culturally-based social events will build a deeper sense of community at SOM for Chinese and non-Chinese students alike.
