Students from diverse socioeconomic and family backgrounds can face a distinct set of challenges in business school. The founders of Yale SOM’s First Generation/Low-Income Club created the organization to offer resources, support, and a space for discussion.

Our mission is to educate leaders for business & society. The drive to build successful organizations that make a difference inspires our curriculum, our approach to research, and our community.
