Harry L. You

Mr. You is currently managing partner of a private asset management firm. From March 2005 to December 2007, he was CEO of BearingPoint, a global management and technology firm with 18,000 employees in 60 countries.

Mr. You served as chief financial officer of Oracle from March 2004. Before Oracle, Mr. You was chief financial officer at Accenture. Prior to joining Accenture in 2001, Mr. You was managing director in charge of the Computer and Business Services Group at Morgan Stanley, where he led a global team that guided professional services firms in their interactions with the public marketplace. Before Morgan Stanley, Mr. You was senior vice president of the General Industrial Group at Lehman Brothers, where he was responsible for corporate finance coverage of several diversified conglomerates and information technology companies. Prior to that, Mr. You was vice president at Salomon Brothers, Inc., where he was responsible for coverage of the U.S. subsidiaries of Asian clients and for running Salomon’s Seoul, Korea, office.

Mr. You received a bachelor of arts degree in economics, graduating cum laude from Harvard College, and a master of arts degree in economics from Yale University. Mr. You is on the board of directors of Korn Ferry International and served on the Yale Graduate School advisory board.
