| Understanding Consumers |
Each year, a handful of Yale SOM students are chosen by the school's Center for Customer Insights to collaborate with major corporations on projects to improve marketing, brand awareness, and customer relations. Students work closely with CCI faculty and top leaders from clients such as Visa, Procter & Gamble, and IBM to provide solutions for real-world problems. In this video, students discuss their work with PepsiCo, exploring the consumption and choice behavior of “empty nesters,” those ages 55 to 70 whose grown children have recently left the home.
