The first session of Integrated Leadership Perspective focused on a raw case examining Brandeis University's
plan to close a budget deficit by selling the holdings of its Rose Art Museum. Co-taught by Prof. William
Goetzmann and Dean Edward Snyder, the case introduced students to the ILP, which draws together multiple
perspectives in examining complex business problems.
