Marketing and Innovation in a Shrinking World

The conference "Marketing and Innovation in a Shrinking World" will take place at the Yale School of Management on February 25. Presented by the Yale Center for Customer Insights and the Yale SOM Marketing Club, the event will explore the impact of globalization and technological change on the way that marketers communicate with their customers.

Denise Morrison, executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Campbell Soup Company, will present the opening keynote address. Morrison leads all of Campbell's global businesses, including North America Soup, Sauces and Beverages; International; and Pepperidge Farm. She also oversees corporate strategy, research and development, and global marketing services.

Conference sessions will also feature the insights of leading consumer strategists Ravi Chaturvedi, former group CEO of Jet Airways and former president, Northeast Asia, of Procter & Gamble; Beth Comstock, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of General Electric; and Alfredo Gangotena, chief marketing officer of MasterCard.

Relationship development expert Keith Ferrazzi, founder of Ferrazzi Greenlight and bestselling author of Never Eat Alone and Who's Got Your Back?, will lead a session on international networking and sign copies of his book.
