Ira Millstein and Jeffrey Sonnenfeld Named Among Most Influential People in Corporate Governance

Posted on: September 2, 2010

Directorship has named Ira Millstein, senior associate dean for corporate governance and founder of the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance, and Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, senior associate dean for executive programs and Lester Crown Professor in the Practice of Management, to the 2010 Directorship 100, the magazine’s annual list of the "most renowned boardroom influentials."

Millstein holds a permanent place on the list, honored as a member of its Hall of Fame since 2008. Sonnenfeld is cited in the Professors category, where he is recognized for his keen insight on leadership and corporate governance. Both Millstein and Sonnenfeld have appeared on the Directorship 100 each year since the list began in 2007.

The fourth annual list is published in the September 2010 issue of Directorship (pdf).
