Financial Times Names Indra Nooyi ’80 Top Woman in World Business

Indra Nooyi ’80, chairman and CEO of PepsiCo, leads the inaugural Financial Times list of the Top 50 Women in World Business.

The list was compiled by an expert jury and executive recruitment group Egon Zehnder International. The candidates were assessed on a number of factors including performance and tenure, and the size, scope, complexity, and shareholder return of their companies.

Fortune also named Nooyi no. 1 on its 50 Most Powerful Women in Business list for the fourth year in a row, and Nooyi ranked no. 3 on the Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women list, which also featured Yale SOM alumna Jane Mendillo ’84.
