Yale Experts Tapped for Investor Task Force on Financial Market Regulation Reform

William H. Donaldson, former SEC chairman and founding dean of the Yale School of Management, has been named co-chair of the Investors’ Working Group (IWG), a new independent panel formed to recommend ways to improve the regulation of the U.S. financial markets and ensure that the interests of investors are represented. Ira M. Millstein, senior associate dean for corporate governance at Yale SOM and David F. Swensen, chief investment officer of Yale University and adjunct professor of finance at Yale SOM, have been selected to serve as members of the IWG.
