New Director, Alumni Relations and Reunion Programs

In November, Eugenia (Jeanne) Hayes assumed the role of Director of Alumni Relations and Reunion Programs.

In her new role, Jeanne will be responsible for leadership and outreach to all SOM alumni.  She will also continue to design and implement new programs and events, including reunions, that will strengthen relationships between our SOM alumni, the school, and the university.

Before taking this position, Jeanne was executive director of the Yale Center for Customer Insights, reporting to faculty member Ravi Dhar. Previously, she was the publisher of the Yale Alumni Magazine. "I have already gotten to know many of the people in the Yale SOM community over the years," said Jeanne. "I am looking forward to meeting many more of you at events throughout 2009."
