Yale SOM Responds to Hurricane Katrina
With typical generosity, the Yale SOM community responded to the hurricane Katrina disaster raising money for assistance to the several students whose houses – or family’s houses – had been damaged or destroyed. In addition, the school has hosted four MBA students for the fall semester, allowing them to gain credit to apply to their transcripts at their home institutions in New Orleans: from Loyola University, Elvia Castro; from Tulane University, Daniel Austin, Ricardo de la Puente Martinez de Castro, and Mavis Kelsey.
