Yale SOM in Russia

During spring break 2004, five current students from Russia provided an insider's tour to the best of Moscow and St. Petersburg - including the best MBAs (from SOM, of course) currently working in the country. While in Moscow, eighteen students and two staff joined 5 Alumni for a number of meals - including one at the most famous restaurant in the city, Café Pushkin. At another dinner, a Georgian feast, alumni and students demonstrated for a prospective student what it is really like to be a member of the SOM community. It was a great opportunity to learn about the rich history of the country -- before, during and since Communism, as well as to appreciate the small, yet devoted group that represents SOM each day in Russia.
