Paul MacAvoy is Co-editor of Journal of Strategic Management Education

Professor Paul MacAvoy is co-editor of the new international journal, Journal of Strategic Management Education (JSME). He shares top editorial duties with Arnoldo Hax (MIT) and Philippe Haspeslagh (INSEAD). The aim of the journal is to provide new research on strategy in a format useful for the classroom in MBA programs worldwide. The content includes lecture articles, case studies, and surveys. The inaugural issue features lectures given at SOM by Malcolm Salter (HBS) and Hamilton Helmer (Yale '78), as well as a case on the Tennessee Valley Authority avoiding bankruptcy due to its status as a government corporation written by MacAvoy and Dennis Logue.
