Salma Sakhnini '94 Collaborates with Professor Arturo Bris

Currently working for Citibank in the United Arab Emirates, Salma started a new division focusing on organizational learning, the Citibank Learning Center in Dubai. As Director, she worked with Professor Arturo Bris, Assistant Professor of Finance at Yale SOM to develop a new product, the Online Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Exam Preparation Program (OCEPP).  OCEPP helps Citigroup employees prepare for the CFA exam with personalized study plans. It is a huge success and is currently available to over 250,000 Citibank employees across the globe. The product, and Professor Bris, received mention in the March issue of Citigroup's global newsletter. This is a great example of how alumni can work with the faculty and school to promote SOM in the their companies, to the benefit of all.
