Yale MBA for Executives in Healthcare
The Yale MBA for Executives in Healthcare program integrates the analytical and leadership skills of the full-time Yale MBA with an in-depth exploration of the human, economic, political, and technological issues underlying healthcare management.
A Note from the Directors
Yale has a rich, three-hundred-year history of educating
visionary leaders for all sectors of society. In that tradition,
and recognizing the urgent need for vision and leadership
in the healthcare arena, Yale’s Schools of Management,
Medicine, and Public Health, have combined their resources
to offer the Leadership in Healthcare MBA for Executives.
The program is both intimate and intense, with a current total of forty-four student-executives who are learning from each other, from
world-renowned faculty, and from distinguished visiting scholars.
We firmly believe in our motto, Educating Leaders ~ Transforming
Healthcare, and we believe that these students, and those
who follow them, will be instrumental in improving healthcare,
both domestically and globally, and will ultimately help
to achieve improved health for all.
Tomorrow’s healthcare leaders will rely on finely honed
leadership skills, comprehensive healthcare system “savvy,” and
sector-spanning professional relationships. We’re
confident that, as you review the information in this web
site, you’ll agree that the Leadership in Healthcare
MBA program is the perfect place to acquire all three.
