Assistant Professor of Finance

Professor Petajisto's research focuses on theoretical and empirical asset pricing. His interests include the asset pricing implications of the presence of financial institutions, the sources of abnormal returns in equilibrium, active portfolio management in mutual funds and other financial institutions, evaluation of fund manager performance, and a variety of issues surrounding mechanical index investors.
