Lecturer in Operations Management

Susana Mondschein teaches operations management in the service industry, advanced topics in operations management, applied stochastic processes, and mathematical programming. In 1999, she was a finalist for the IFORS Operational Research in Development Prize. She is an associate professor at the University of Chile.
