Assistant Professor of Operations Management

Professor Long's emphasis is on developing decision-analytic models for use in healthcare applications. Her research interests include mathematically modeling the HIV/AIDS epidemic in resource-limited settings and evaluating the cost-effectiveness of medical interventions. She earned a PhD and an MS in management science and engineering from Stanford University and a BS in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University.
