Postdoctoral Associate in Organizational Behavior

Dr. Haisley’s research interests are in understanding the financial decision-making of the poor and designing incentives to help them make decisions that increase their long-term financial well-being. Her research on incentives explores the use of lottery-linked rewards and the importance of structuring reward schedules with improving trends. Other areas of research include biases in perceptions of uncertainty and social comparison theory.
