Postdoctoral Associate in Operations Management
The Operations Management group at the Yale School of Management is seeking a postdoctoral associate to assist and collaborate with faculty on their research. The Operations Management faculty has ongoing research projects in the areas of Health Care, Sustainability, and Homeland Security. The postdoctoral associate would be expected to have interests in some subset of these areas.
Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and three professional references.
Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Operations Research or a related field and have strong mathematical and computing skills. The selected candidate must be able to meet eligibility requirements for work in the United States at the time the appointment is scheduled to begin and to continue working legally for the proposed term of the appointment.

Compensation: This is a full-time, one-year, non-tenure-track appointment with possibility of extension. Annual salary is competitive and depends upon education and experience. The position includes medical benefits. Funds for some conference travel and research expenses will also be provided.

Adjunct Faculty (All Areas)
The Yale School of Management is seeking individuals with expertise and experience across a wide range of academic and business disciplines to teach in a part-time capacity.
Adjunct faculty are responsible for course content, delivery and grading, and are expected to work with the Dean's Office and department chairs to plot out and revise course outlines prior to their being offered.
Applicants should submit 1) a brief cover letter including any restrictions on availability during the academic year; 2) a current curriculum vitae or resume; and 3) a course proposal or syllabus clearly outlining the goals and objectives of the class. Considerations will include whether the proposed course provides unique subject matter that is of interest to Yale SOM students and fits with the school's broader curriculum.
Level of compensation will be determined based on education, experience and course details. Adjunct faculty are non-ladder positions and do not include benefits.
Qualifications: Applicants should either hold a terminal degree in their field or have significant senior level work experience. Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must also be able to meet eligibility requirements for work in the United States at the time of the appointment and be able to work legally for the proposed term of the appointment.
