A group of twenty-five leaders from the public and the private sectors attended this two-week program sponsored by a major Russian oil company. The program aimed to provide these business executives and policymakers with an understanding of business as an integral part of civil society and societal development. Topics included:

Leadership and Team Effectiveness  

This program was designed to help senior managers increase their leadership potential. Vroom developed individual leadership profiles comparing participants to more than 150,000 senior managers based on a pre-workshop analysis of 30 real-life situations. Topics included:
