sectors attended this two-week program sponsored by a major Russian
oil company. The program aimed to provide these business executives
and policymakers with an understanding of business as an integral

Leadership
and Team Effectiveness 
This program was designed to help senior managers increase their
leadership potential. The program featured active participation

of each participant's leadership style. Professor Victor H. Vroom
developed individual leadership profiles comparing participants
to more than 150,000 senior managers based on a pre-workshop analysis
