The Career Development Office offers assistance to Yale SOM alumni through all phases of their careers — from finding the right first job, to evaluating unexpected opportunities, to planning a mid-career change.

This website provides unique resources, such as access to hundreds of employment opportunities on the alumni job posting site, a CDO-authored career manual geared toward the mid-career job search, information on the school's Loan Forgiveness Program, and pulls together many of the best resources on the internet, such as industry research tools and links to articles with helpful career tips.

The CDO also offers career counseling sessions to graduates of the school. These can include resume review, interview tips, advice on negotiating offers, and other career planning issues.
