“The purpose of the Landers Fund is to encourage SOM
graduates to consider job opportunities in the nonprofit
or public sectors, consistent with the school’s mission to
educate leaders across sectors. With help provided by the Landers Fund, Yale SOM graduates will be able to contribute significantly to the social good without being penalized for making non-traditional career choices.”
