Albert C Bellas is the CEO and a founding partner of The Solaris Group, LLC, a global wealth strategy firm. Before founding Solaris in 2003, he was the chairman and CEO of Neuberger Berman Trust Company, N.A. and a managing director of Neuberger Berman, LLC. Prior to that he was a managing director and member of the Management Committee of OFFITBANK, a New York State trust bank, from 1992 to 2000.

Mr Bellas began his business career as an investment banker. From 1978 to 1991, he was a senior executive vice president of Shearson Lehman Brothers and a member of the board of directors of the Lehman Brothers Division.
