As leading partner for the Human Capital Solutions practice at Deloitte Consulting France, David focuses on defining and delivering value added solutions to French and international firms to transform their performance through their people. David joined Deloitte’s Paris office in 2008 and has served clients on a range of human resources and change management issues.
David started his career in management consulting in 1996 with Ernst & Young Consulting right after SOM. In 2000, he joined PwC consulting as a senior manager in the human capital management practice focusing on change management issues. He led the integration of the PwC French consulting arm within IBM Business Consulting Services in 2002 and worked as an associate partner in the retail sector. In 2005 he created Infineo, a 90 people consulting firm specialized in strategic execution and change management which was sold to Deloitte in 2008.
David has a master's degree in business administration from the Yale School of Management and a master’s degree from Université Paris Dauphine.
