Hiroshi is managing director and co-head of mergers & acquisitions at Deutsche Bank Group Japan since January 2010 and leading the firm’s efforts to support domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
Hiroshi has been in a variety of executive and professional career in the financial industry in United States and Japan including chairman & chief executive officer at Global MA Partners, senior managing executive officer and member of management committee at Aozora Bank, where he was head of senior relationship banking group and head of financial institutions group, managing director of JP Morgan Partners Asia, co-founder of Morgan Stanley’s special situations group and investment banking coverage of Japanese financial institutions at Morgan Stanley and various positions of investment banking division at Goldman Sachs. He started his career at Koa Oil.
He serves as director of Japanese Association of Corporate Executives, Keizai Doyukai. He also serves as managing director of Japanese Association for Turnaround Professionals
Hiroshi holds a BA from Keio University and an MPPM from Yale School of Management.
