Raymond Chang is the Chief Executive Officer of New Focus Auto Tech Group, (a leading Automobile After-sales Service Operator in Greater China). New Focus is currently dual-listed in Hong Kong & Taiwan stock Exchanges, (0360.HK & 9106.TW). New Focus currently operates approximately 100 retail & wholesale mega stores throughout tier one cities and provinces of China with sales turn over in excess of US$250mm.

Mr. Chang has been an entrepreneur throughout his career. Successful ventures he founded include LuckyPai and GigaMedia. LuckyPai, a TV-shopping company focused on delivering entertaining and interactive contents, as well as value and quality products to Chinese consumers. LuckyPai currently operates several live TV home shopping channels in China, (Shandong, Yunnan, and ChongQing). LuckyPai currently covers approximately 300 million population and roughly 25 million cable households. In 2010, Luckypai was sold to the Korean Lotte Group & Itochu Co. of Japan for US$160mm. GigaMedia, a leading internet & media company based in Taiwan, (NASDAQ: GIGM). Mr. Chang was instrumental in developing the company's media and broadband businesses. During his tenure, he formulated a $35 million strategic investment from Microsoft and completed a $280 million IPO on NASDAQ in February 2000.

In April, 2000, Mr. Chang was selected by Fortune Magazine as one of the 25 Next Generation Global Leaders under 40. He was also selected by Business Week Asia as one of the Top Ten Most Influential Leaders in .com age. Mr. Chang received his BA in economics and political science from New York University in 1992, MBA from Yale School of Management in 1996, and also matriculated at Harvard John F. Kennedy School of Government from 1996 to 1997.
