Founder & Managing Partner
Adamas Partners, LLC

Back

"The two years I spent at Yale SOM affirmed my interest in the capital markets and asset management as well as my passion for working with endowed nonprofit institutions. The classes I took focusing on investments, endowment management and finance, coupled with those about management of nonprofit institutions provided me with direction and a strong foundation for my career and board affiliations after SOM. Almost 15 years after graduation, I still think about the many incredibly useful tools I learned from my professors and classmates at SOM."

Heidi Carter Pearlson is a founder and managing partner of Adamas Partners, LLC. Adamas manages two hedge fund fund-of-funds products investing capital for endowed non profits, family offices and high net worth individual. Prior to Adamas, Heidi worked at the investment consulting firm Cambridge Associates. As a consultant at Cambridge, she worked with numerous nonprofit colleges and universities, foundations, other endowed institutions, and family groups on all asset classes and investment related issues. Heidi was also a specialist in marketable alternative assets including hedge funds, risk arbitrage, and distressed securities.

Heidi currently serves as chair of the Investment Committees of the American Council of Learned Societies and as a member of the investment committee of Combined Jewish Philanthropies. She also serves on the finance committee of Facing History and Ourselves and on the Board of Overseers of Children’s Hospital Boston.

Heidi received a MPPM from the Yale School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and American Institutions from Brown University.
