As eBay Inc.'s head of global HR, Beth is responsible for all aspects of the company's human resources capabilities including recruiting, learning and development, compensation, benefits and the continuing evolution of the company's corporate culture. Beth also serves as the chairperson of the eBay Foundation.

Prior to joining eBay in March 2005, Beth was chief talent officer at WPP Group, one of the world's leading communications services groups, where she was responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of WPP staff worldwide. Before WPP, she was a principal with McKinsey & Company where she was co-leader of the firm's global organization and leadership practice.

Beth received a Bachelor of Science in engineering with a concentration in finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and a Master of Private and Public Management from Yale School of Management. She also is a member of the advisory board of Bugler Capital Partners, a private investment banking firm.
