Through individual advising appointments, workshops, and a variety of career development programming, students develop the skills necessary to refine their goals and develop effective job search strategies.

The CDO also provides students with opportunities to meet employers by hosting Networking Nights, Corporate Presentations, On-Campus Interviews, and Company Treks. Further, the CDO helps students to leverage Yale’s incredible network of alumni.
