Yale SOM alumni are active in a wide range of industries and are a great resource for students. Because Yale SOM’s tight-knit and collaborative culture translates to the alumni community, Yale SOM alumni are often excited to hear from current students and eager to help. Mentor Program

Alumni mentors work with students, providing a friendly, supportive source of advice as students go through the job-search process. Students use an online program to select mentors in fields that interest them. In recent years participation in the program has been very high, and both students and alumni report having positive experiences.

Yale SOM students have access to the Yale SOM alumni and the Yale University alumni career networks.  Many students tap into this resource for job advice, informational interviews, and specific job inquiries.
