By Car

The best way to drive to Yale SOM, arriving from any direction, is via Interstate 91, exit 3 (Trumbull Street). Go straight at the bottom of the ramp and through four sets of lights. At the fifth light, turn right onto Prospect Street. Travel one block and the Career Development Office is located on the right at the corner of Prospect & Sachem.

Parking

The Science Hill Garage (or Sachem-Prospect Garage) is located on Prospect St behind Ingalls Rink. The entrance is on Prospect St, just beyond the rink (the first entrance on your left). Follow the road as it curves down and to the right.  Please contact your Relationship Manager for the garage access code. 

Please note: Parking on the street is city parking. From April 1 to November 1, there is no parking on Prospect St. from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. the first and third Wednesdays of the month due to street sweeping. Read the street signs carefully, as cars have been towed after 4:00 p.m. in designated areas.  

By Train

New Haven’s Union Station serves both Metro-North Railroad and Amtrak. The station is a 10-minute taxi ride from Yale SOM.
